Hello,

I am looking for a clean/tidy young friendly professional female to rent a double room in a 2 bed apartment. £870 per month, bills included.

Must be outgoing/sociable person that likes to go out for meals, drinks or stay in and watch Netflix with a wine instead. ideally I’d like more than just a roommate, id like a friendship, someone that I can have a laugh and get along with.

I’m a nurse and do shift work so ideally would prefer to have someone that doesn’t work from home.

About the apartment:
I have a en-suite in my room so hardly use the shared bathroom.
It’s located in west didsbury, just off burton road where all the shops, pubs and restaurants are.
2 min walk to the tram stop (if that) so would be ideal for someone needing to commute to the city centre for work or anything else.

There is off road parking.
