I have a large gorgeous ground floor double bedroom available (£580 + bills) March 21st in a house for 4 in Bamford Road Didsbury M20 :sharing with friendly 3 mid-twenties professionals. They're young graduate professionals: (2F & 1M) Bills come to about £120 per month so around £700 in total. I'm the Landlord and I pay the bills and divide between the tenants.

The house is close to the centre of Didsbury which is very sought after & has very good transport access into Manchester. It's within walking distance of Didsbury Village and also the bars and restaurants of West Didsbury. The house is decorated to a very high standard over three floors & has large cellars for storage, a communal lounge & all mod cons [washer, tumble dryer etc.] and 300Mb fibre- optic broadband.

The room is a large double room on the ground floor. The house has a furnished spare room available for weekend guests. It's a quiet leafy road with parking available.
