Hello!

We are looking for two flatmates for our lovely flat in West Didsbury.

The flat is set over two floors, on a peaceful street, just a stones throw from Burton Road. You'll have all the amenities at your fingertips, with two tram stops close by too.

The rooms available & shared spaces

• Two spacious double rooms on the lower ground floor, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, and bedside storage.

• Two shared bathrooms, kitchen, and living area with plenty of room to relax.

• A gated parking space (plus free on-street parking if you need it)

The current flatmate, Hannah, is a sociable flatmate who loves living in Didsbury, enjoys cooking, a pub quiz and being active. We also share the flat with Ziggy, a 6 year old tabby cat.

Bills vary throughout the year but roughly £150pm.
