Double bedroom in centre of Didsbury flatshare

We’re looking for a lodger to move in to our two bed flat in West Didsbury

The room is bright, fully furnished with a bed, bedside tables, desk and wardrobe. There’s a shared bathroom, living/dining room with a small balcony (essential for the pizza oven) and a kitchen.

There is off road parking and a large communal garden.

The flat is a great location, located in the centre of Didsbury, 2 min walk from West Didsbury tram stop and Lapwing Lane and 10 min to Burton Road.

You’d be sharing the flat with myself and my boyfriend - we bought it in December and have spent the last couple of months doing it up. We’re a sociable couple in our mid/late 20’s. We’re often out at the gym, on a walk, or at the pub, but also love an evening on the sofa.

I work from home full time, usually in the living room, and my boyfriend works from home once or twice a week.

We dog sit a beagle puppy once a week and often have other dogs over so you must be comfortable with dogs.

Room is available from the 13th April.
