Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. I plan on moving out the first week of June.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the lively Burton Road which has many pubs, restaurants, shops and bakeries.
The house is on a beautiful private road. It has parking outside and is very quiet.
The room is very spacious, with a massive bay window. It comes with the mirrored wardrobe (all the rest is mine and I’ll be taking with me) there is furniture upstairs which you can use. The house has 2 bathrooms, a spacious back garden and the housemates are all really lovely.
