Double en-suite Burton Road

My flatmate is moving out in August so I’m looking for another person to join the tenancy with me! I’ve been here 2 years now and have no plans to move currently. Looking for a respectful and tidy housemate who is happy with their own space but doesn’t avoid socialising, I play football twice a week and tend to pop out once or twice a week with friends / go to the gym so am not in the flat all the time but will sometimes have chill time and like to think I am pretty easy going! ☺️🙌 If you have a car, there is nearly always residential parking outside, although you may sometimes have to park further away, but this is rare. Bills and council tax total £150 p/m, so it’s about £850-900 all in. Give me a message if you’re interested and you can have a viewing / we can meet to see if we get on!
