Looking for a girlypop to join us in our flat for the beginning of July! Sadly our friend is growing up and moving in with her bf🥲

It’s a big and spacious apartment just off Burton Road (near the tram stop), we have a driveway (or on road parking with a resident permit) and the double room available also has an en-suite:)

Little bit about us - Jess (26), Alicia (26) and Liv (32 but 26 at heart), all work fulltime, into the gym, love a drink in the sun on Burton Road and all that jazz! ! Ideally looking for a new friend, not just a roommate, Jess has lived here for 3 years, Alicia and Liv for 1, none of us knew eachother before we lived together and now are great friends, but equally have our own lives so looking for someone to fit that dynamic!

Rent is around 725 all in, council tax band B. We have a washing machine and dryer upstairs in a utility room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, the main bathroom and living room downstairs.

Burton road tram stop is a 3 min walk, 5 mins to burton Road, lapwing lane and west Didsbury tram stop is 10 min walk
