One large bedroom available in a lovely house in West Didsbury from 1st July!

We are 3 young professionals who moved to Manchester last year, and looking for a 4th to join us with one housemate moving out to be closer to work.

The room:
- A large bedroom on the ground floor - with all furniture and huge window!
- You will get the downstairs bathroom/shower to yourself, which is opposite the room

The house:
- A gorg house we have really made a home, with a huge garden we’ve started doing up (perfect for summer!!)
- Only a 3 min walk from Burton Road tram stop

About us!
- Chloe (23): I work in medical communications 🧬- i love going to yoga classes, having a boogie, travel & cooking
- Molly (22): Mollys a trainee lawyer 👩‍⚖️- she loves running, a post-work pint, spin classes & a bit of baking
- Imo (23): Imo’s a nurse 👩‍⚕️- she loves hiking and the outdoors (although is currently on crutches), music and concerts, and being crafty

We all love spending time together in the house watching some reality TV, pub trips (occasional club), walks and the occasional swim.. We’d love for someone we can be friends with too 🧚🏻

About you:
- Ideally female, early-mid 20s
- Clean and respectful of the space
- Full-time professional

- rent: £625
- bills: around £160-180 inc council tax (band D)
