West Didsbury house share - Available 3rd July

We’re four mates, all aged 28–29, looking for a fifth housemate to join us in a new house share from 3rd July.

We’re all moving into the place together on the 3rd, so it’ll be a fresh start for everyone. We’re all friends, full-time employed, with a mix of working from home and going into the office during the week. The house vibe will be chilled, sociable and respectful. We like board games, cooking, pub trips, watching sport/films, and generally having a laugh, but everyone respects each other’s space.

We’re looking for a full-time professional who is sociable, independent, clean and considerate. Ideally someone who wants to be part of the house rather than just renting a room, but who also has their own life and routine. It would be great to have someone who’s happy to have a chat in the kitchen, come along to the pub, join a board game night or a shared meal now and then, while also understanding that people need downtime too.

The house is in a great location in West Didsbury, close to Burton Road, with loads of good bars, pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. There is a driveway and comfortable on-street parking, and also good transport links, so it’s easy to get into town and around Manchester.

We’ll also have a cleaner coming every week, which helps keep the place tidy and comfortable, although we’d still want everyone to be generally clean and respectful in shared spaces.
