Room available in an all-girls shared house in West Didsbury.
I am sadly moving out as I’m relocating to London in July, so am looking for a replacement tenant. You would be living with three other girls, aged 22-23, who are all professionals working in the NHS. They are really lovely, easy going and tidy to live with.
The house is in an ideal location, just off Burton Road and less than five minutes walk to Burton Road tram stop. Parking is available and the street itself is quiet and residential.
The room is a gorgeous attic room with sloped ceilings and tons of storage. The house is 4 bed, 3 bathroom. You would be sharing the pictured bathroom one other girl who is super clean and tidy. There is a large open plan downstairs with lots of kitchen storage, as well as a back patio.
Rent is £720 pcm - this includes all bills except council tax (which works out to around £40 a month). Council tax band C.
