Hi! I'm Caitlin. My housemate is moving out at the end of August, and I am looking for someone to take over her room. It's a lovely, spacious, and light West Didsbury flat, near The Christie. The flat is on the first floor (stairs only, no lift available), and there is also a car park and a garage at the back of the flat complex.
The room is a bright, furnished double with a built-in wardrobe (see pictures for reference).
1 min walk to the 143 bus stop, and a 5/10 minute walk to both West Didsbury and Burton Road tram stops. The tram takes about 20 minutes to get into the centre of town.
I'm looking for a housemate who is sociable, respectful, and tidy enough :) Female/non-binary housemates are preferred, and being queer friendly is a must! Probably not suitable for students, as I need to split the council tax.
Deposit TBC, need to hear back from landlord.
If you have any questions about the room, and/or would like to organise a time to come round and take a look in person, please get in touch.
