Currently: 4 housemates 22-27 (3 girls, 1 boy)

We are a sociable group who enjoy spending time together after work, having film nights, going to the pub quiz, playing on the switch, playing tennis, but also all do our own thing!

We are mostly 9-5 workers, with a mix of office and WFH.

Looking for at least 2 boys, and 1 girl/boy.

Excellent location - very close to bus stops and Burton Road tram stop.

Big house with nice shared kitchen, living room and garden!

We are currently moving out of our house due to our landlord selling and are looking to move locally. We have found this house and viewed it and need 3 more housemates before we can sign the tenancy :)

Move-in date: 3rd July

Rent including bills exc. council tax: £693 pppm

We have a cleaner at our current house and plan to do the same here.
