Rent is about £750 pcm (including bills), plus one month’s rent for the deposit.

I’m only advertising for female professionals.

About me:

I’m a Pilates instructor, I teach a mix of early mornings and evenings and wfh the rest of the time if I’m not out at the gym or seeing friends.
I’m super friendly and social, but due to the nature of my work I also highly value my own space-time to unwind.

I like to go out to the pub or a bar on the odd Friday eve / the weekend but I’m respectful of my neighbours so wouldn’t have afters back at the flat.

On the whole I like to keep the flat tidy and clean, especially having furnished the living room myself. I’d love to find someone who is looking for a cosy flat, is friendly and will look after the flat & shares similar interests to me.
