Seeking friendly housemate

Hi! We are a social house of 7 young professionals in Didsbury, seeking a new housemate as one of us is leaving at the start of August.
It's a big, spacious house with a large living room and kitchen, as well as 3 separate bathrooms (each with its own shower). There's also a little garden/patio out the back with a built in bbq - we recently hosted our first bbq of the summer! The rent includes council tax, all bills and a cleaner, who cleans communal areas once a week (bathrooms + kitchen).
We all work across different industries, including the charity sector and hospitality, with a range of different working patterns and hours. Some of us work from home predominantly, whilst others are in the office Monday - Friday.
We're a sociable bunch, occasionally sharing meals but always stopping for a chat when we have time.
