We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely four-bedroom, all-female house on Burton Road in West Didsbury.

The rent is £550 per month, including bills, with council tax charged separately at £57 per month.

The house is in a brilliant location, just a two-minute walk from Burton Road tram stop, with easy links into Manchester city centre and the surrounding areas. Burton Road itself has lots of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and bars, while the house is also close to local parks and green spaces.

The room is a cosy furnished double bedroom and comes with:

The house has a cosy shared living room, a kitchen, a back garden, a main bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs.

We like to keep the shared spaces clean, comfortable and homely.

Our lovely housemate Sophie is moving to London with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone to take her room. We’re all professionals in our late twenties and work full time. We’re generally busy with work and our own plans during the week, but we enjoy catching up in the kitchen and occasionally going for a drink.

We’re sociable and friendly and enjoy spending time together while also respecting that everyone needs their own downtime and personal space.

Between us, our interests include films, music, art, travelling, cooking, reading, gigs, crafts, netball, hockey, walking, the outdoors, going out and festivals.

We’re ideally looking for a woman aged 26 or over who is friendly, clean, considerate and keen to contribute to a relaxed, sociable and tidy household.
