The house is walking distance to the bars and restaurants on Burton Rd, perfect for an evening drink/ bite to eat. It also has easy access to transport routes into Manchester city centre.
The room is on the 1st floor, and there’s a bathroom on each floor of the house.
We have a Communal Lounge in which we watch films together some nights. There’s also a yard/garden with a bbq.
Car Parking is available on the street.
All Bills included, as well as a weekly cleaner for communal areas.
