I am moving out of my double room in West Didsbury!
£395 / month, excluding bills. Generally bills come out to about £90/£100 pounds. It's a four bed house with two bathrooms and a shared living room and kitchen.
The flat is next to the West Didsbury tram stop, on Lapwing Lane. Below us is a row of restaurants, cafes, and bars. There are bus stops just out the street.
Currently there are 3 guys and me, all young professionals between the ages of 25 - 30. One manages a restaurant, one works in IT, and the third works in set design.
Everyone is nice and social. Mostly everyone lives their own life. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to Burton Road, 15 min walk to Didsbury village. It's always fun and busy outside, especially when it's warm, but it gets quiet at night.
