Double Room in West Didsbury - £395/month

I’m moving out of my double room in a 4-bed flat in West Didsbury!

The room is £395 per month, excluding bills, which generally come to around £90–£100 a month. The flat has two bathrooms, a shared living room and kitchen.

The location is ideal – we’re on Lapwing Lane, right next to West Didsbury tram stop, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars literally on the doorstep. There are also bus stops just outside.

It’s around a 5-minute walk to Burton Road and 15 minutes to Didsbury Village. The area is always lively, particularly when the weather is nice, but it gets quiet at night.

There are currently four of us in the flat, all young professionals aged around 25–30. Two of us are moving out, while the two remaining flatmates work in restaurant management and set design. Everyone is friendly but also does their own thing, so it’s a really relaxed flat.
