This is a quiet, settled flat for people who work full time, value their own space and largely do their own thing. If you're after a lively, sociable flatshare, this won't be the one for you. It'll suit someone in their mid-thirties or older.

I'm an energy engineer (late thirties). I'm quite career focused but also out and about a fair bit; I like the outdoors, travelling, tennis, and cooking (got quite the collection of cookbooks you’re welcome to borrow) – note that I batch cook so rarely in the kitchen more than once per week.

I keep the place clean and tidy and I'd expect the same from whoever moves in.

Full tenant referencing is required before anyone is accepted: ID, employment and income verification, a credit check, a right to rent check, and references from your two previous landlords. It's a non-smoking household, and the room is for one person rather than a couple.
