Hello! We’re looking for someone to join our lovely, social house-share in West Didsbury as one of our housemates is moving in with his girlfriend.

The Location:
- 5 minute walk from Burton Road tram stop and loads of great bars and restaurants on West Didsbury high street
- Direct trams to Didsbury Village and Manchester city centre every fifteen minutes
- Opposite a corner shop

The House:
- All bills/council tax included,
- Large, cosy shared living room with sofas and a smart TV
- Spacious kitchen with two ovens, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
- Massive garden, perfect for the summer
- On street parking, free with a permit and parking space on drive

The room:
- The room is a spacious attic bedroom on its own floor of the house with its own bathroom.
- It’s got lots of natural light and plenty of room for a WFH setup (landlord’s happy to get rid of desk if not needed).

About us
- We’re a very sociable house, we hang out a lot in the living room, go for dinner/drinks and celebrate birthdays together. We're looking for a friend as well as a housemate.
- We’re all between 23-28
- Currently, 4 male and 3 female housemates with one of the guys moving out so open to any gender
