Ground floor room in West Didsbury flat

My current flatmate is moving out of her double room at the start of November. The flat is over two levels, your room would be on the ground floor accessible by stairs and you'll be sharing a bathroom with me. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and faces out onto the front drive. The shared upstairs living area has a small kitchen and living room with a sofa, dining table and sofa bed.
You'll be sharing with two girls in the mid & late 20s (25 & 27), we're both working professionals who work from home occasionally so need someone who is respectful of noise during working hours. We're looking for someone clean, tidy and social who enjoys hanging out but also respects boundaries when needed! No students or males sorry and looking for someone aged between 25-30.
