Generous double bedroom available in a Victorian period property directly opposite and looking out onto a park with Cherry blossom trees and multiple other parks nearby.
The room has been recently redecorated and all carpets cleaned. An optional choice to have furniture provided or not, your choice of chest of drawers, storage and open to negotiation for providing a bed if needed. Curtains and lights to be delivered imminently but white wooden blinds in place.

The kitchen is above average in size with 2 fridges and a separate freezer, large enough to accommodate a small table and chairs with a separate dining room with garden access (to be replanted in Spring/Summer). A separate living room looking out onto the park with a log burner fire place.

The kitchen & living room will be redecorated over the summer but I'll try to accommodate you if there's any periods where this would be most convenient to take place such as if you are going away.

On street parking is available if needed, however the property is only 15 minutes from the City Centre by train (1 stop) with 2 local train stations, a 15 minute cycle to the Universities and accessible by multiple bus routes. Supermarkets and post offices are all within a 15 minute walk.

All bills are included with the exception of council tax (Band A) as the property is currently exempt.

Please only open to non-smokers. If you happen to be vegetarian or vegan, then fab but if not that's absolutely fine.

Would hope for someone friendly and genuinely clean, tidy and conscientious.

I'm a mature student working and studying in Architecture. I've lived all over from Yorkshire to London, Auckland and the South of France so like to travel when I can and visit family and friends frequently. Hoping to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with the 3rd (Master bedroom) available to rent in approximately 1 - 2 months.
