We have one very small single room and one large double room available from 1st March 2026.

Our beautiful home is on the border of Whalley Range and Old Trafford, in between Kings Road and Upper Chorlton Road. It’s a 15 min walk to Firswood and Trafford Bar Tram stops, and it takes about 5 mins to cycle / 20 mins to walk to Unicorn Grocery/Morrisons in Chorlton.

Outside, to the front, there’s space for a car on the driveway, and plenty of on street parking. To the rear, there is a little overgrown wild garden and a rather odd pond - it's now really overgrown.

Downstairs there is a decent sized kitchen and lounge.

Bills:
Rent does NOT include bills.

Fixed bills are currently £66 pcm per person (wifi, Council Tax Band C)

Utilites (gas, electricity and water) range between £35 - 85 pcm per person.

All bills are transparent, and any differences will be settled every season/when you move out.

Agreements:
No smoking in the house.
No meat/non-veg cooked in the house, or brought into the house, including pre-cooked meat/take-away.
We create a peaceful atmosphere in the house and be respectful of noise. It's not a party house at all.
We keep the house clean and tidy.

In your message please clearly state that you understand the following terms:
1. the small room is a very small room
2. the rooms are available for 4-6 months ONLY, available immediately, and you are expected to take it for the full amount of time.
3. rent is £375 pcm for the smaller room, and £475 for the larger room
4. bills are estimated to be between £100 - £150 pcm per person
5. vegetarian non-smoking non party house
