Hi I’m Holly and looking to rent out a double en suite room in my flat in whalley range. I’m 22 and work for myself. . I like to keep the flat cosy, organised and clean as it’s a communal space. I enjoy a night out but love a night in too! I love a night at the club and the pub. The flat is fully furnished (done myself) and includes a lovely living area with a large tv. The kitchen is fully kitted and has everything you’d ever need. The bedroom for rent only includes a wardrobe. The flat has private parking with our own parking space so ideal for those who drive. The flat also includes our own private garden as we’re located on the ground floor. There is a Tesco and Co-op two minutes from the flat which is ideal and a range of takeaways across the road. Alexandra park is also next to the flat which is amazing for walks all year round! My ideal housemate is someone who is clean, respectful, fun and someone who I can call a friend.
