I am looking for someone relaxed and clean to join me in my 2 bedroom flat in the lovely area of Whalley Range. Just opposite Alexandra Park, with beautiful greenery surrounding the property.

Close to public transport, only a 10/15 bus ride to the city centre. The nearest pubs are the Carlton Club, Hillary Step, Nip and Tipple and Jam Street.

Very spacious double room - which is furnished (queen sized storage bed, & small clothes rail & draws), there is also room for a desk. Your own bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The flat itself is on the first floor containing two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living area. Your large double bedroom also contains an ensuite and queen sized storage bed. There is also a secure car park however my property only has one allocated space, you can rent one off another resident if required (£30pcm). There is a communal front and back garden which are lovely to relax in summer.

All bills are included., no extra to pay the communal area TV has access to Prime, Disney, Netflix, /Firestick.
No pets allowed.

I’m a 29 y/o and I am back and forth between work commitments and home. I’d like to live with someone clean, professional and friendly. I am always doing DIY around my home to make quirky and cheap improvements and I tend to keep myself to myself as I like my space.
