Cozy room in friendly flatshare

Hi 👋 We’re looking for three new housemates as three of our current housemates are heading off to Brazil / moving in with their partners.

We are on the Whalley Range/Chorlton border within walking/biking distance to several supermarkets (including Morrisons, Co-op, Aldi) and tram stops (St Werburgh's Rd, Chorlton), plus a bus stop (for ol' reliable, the 85) on the corner. We also have both Alexandra Park and Hough End nearby.

The house itself has 2 bathrooms, communal living room, porch, back garden, and a bike shed.

We’re a friendly and socially active house, while also all having our own things going on. Between us, we’re into running, cinema, hiking, cooking, gardening, crochet/knitting, climbing 🧗‍♂️, activism and film nights 🎥. We all work full time and are looking for people who’d enjoy living in a sociable, communal house rather than simply sharing the same roof.

The deposit is £400, rent is 400 monthly rolling, with a two month notice period. Water is included, otherwise bills are split between the house.
