Looking for a professional for our large and reasonably priced house on the Chorlton/Whalley Range border. Available officially from 14th June, but we expect the room to be vacated in May.

We are quiet, clean, respectful, but sociable and friendly housemates.

The room is a large unfurnished ground floor double room with a bay window. We are a 3 bed house share in total with a large kitchen/diner and a separate living room area upstairs. The bathroom is shared with only 1 other housemate, Isabel - Rob has an en-suite.

The spacious lobby/entrance hall has plenty of room for bicycles, as well as cellar storage.
