Hi,
We’re looking for someone who is sociable, clean and friendly to move into a ground floor double bedroom.
The bedroom has a shower and sink, and opposite the bedroom is a toilet (which is practically yours as we don’t ever really use it!)
We often watch a tv series / movie together on weekday evenings which sometimes accompanies a takeaway, and often head to the pub/dance on the weekends, which you would ofc be welcome to.
We have a house cat called Scarlett who is just under a year old and loves attention so you must be okay with cats!
Parking is available on the drive too.
