Small bedroom available in Whalley Range - MCR

We have a spare double bedroom in our beautiful 3 bedrooms apartment in Whalley Range. It is a little double bed bedroom with a fantastic bathroom next to it in a new refurbished cellar. Upstairs has shared kitchen, large living room, a back room (used Monday to Friday as a therapy room from 9-5pm ) and a garden.

This will be shared with two other housemates, Dr. Raphael Thuret, who works at Manchester University as a biologist, and Carla Tora , who works as a therapist from home morning and afternoons. (no weekends 😀)

The apartment is less than a minute to bus stop route no85, which communicates the city center with Chorlton, and it's near tram stop St. Werburgh's Road, which communicates city center with the airport. It has a car drive and we have metal racks in the garden to lock bikes.

It costs £500 per month calendar - all bills included - and a deposit is essential and we’ll be return at the end of the tenancy.

We are looking to share with a professional who ideally works 9-5pm from Monday to Friday in their own workplace, who has not much belongings, as the room is small and the apartment is fully equipped.
