Spacious room in friendly Whalley Range house!

Hello! We are looking for a male house mate, as our lovely joe is sadly leaving for spain☹️ who will all be greatly missed!

Our house is a large semi detached property in Whalley range near a few lovely bars; the Carlton club, nip and tipple and Hillary step. It’s also a 2 min walk from the bus stop a 10 minute walk to firswood tram stop and takes about 20/30 minutes to get into town.
Bills usually come to about £130 on top of rent

A bit about us!

In the house there is jessamine (28), who works full time in hospitality, Grace (27), a costume design student also working part time as a hairdresser and Guy (32), a full time masters student… We’re a social bunch and enjoy cooking and going out together whether that’s for a pint, cinema or a walk. We also all enjoy doing our own thing as well, with a big mix of creative and sporty hobbies between us. We’re looking for someone who’d ideally be looking to live long term, who will continue to help make our house a home :)
