Cozy double bedroom in friendly flat :)

Hey diva! My lovely housemate is moving out to live with her partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our top floor flat in Whalley Range.

The flat’s in a really quiet residential area but still super well connected. There’s super easy access into Manchester city centre (10/15 mins in car or 25 on bus) and super close to Chorlton, Fallowfield and Levenshulme. There’s also a gated car park and the whole building is gated so feels very safe and secure.

The room itself is a good-sized double, and the flat has a big shared kitchen and living space, a nice big bathroom (i have a small bathroom in my room so it’s pretty much all yours!), a small spare room that works well as a home office, loads of natural light and plenty of storage.

You’d be sharing with me, I’m 26 and work in the Live Music industry currently (a lot of heavy rock and metal if that’s ur kinda thing then bonus 🤘). I’m usually pretty busy but enjoy a good balance of socialising and downtime. I like gigs, festivals, cooking, films, gaming, eating out, and the occasional nights out, but also appreciate a chill night in. I’m tidy and respectful of space, so looking for someone similar! So friendly, easygoing, and up for the odd hangout but not a full-on party flat. I have the odd person over and my boyfriend stays every now and again but otherwise it’s mostly just me!

The vibe here is relaxed, very much LGBTQ+ friendly, and just generally a nice, comfortable place to live.

Ideally looking for someone around my age who’s social, respectful, and enjoys both going out and quieter, wholesome time at home.
