Big bedroom in Whalley Range available from SEPT

We are looking for a lodger to move into our home in Whalley Range from mid September for a period of at least 6 months. We are just down the road from Carlton Club and a 15 min walk into Chorlton.

It is a 4 bedroom house with big, bright bedrooms, a lovely living room, dining room, big kitchen (with all major appliances) and a garden. The room has beautiful big windows overlooking the street. The room is a great size, and if you have lots of belongings there is are also lots of extra space of storage around the house, including a cellar.

You will be living with my partner and our housemate. I will be in the house on the occasional weekend and during university holidays. We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and clean and looking for a relaxed, friendly house share. Someone who is up for contributing to housework and wants to live in a tidy home would be ideal.

All bills are included in this price, including Wifi and TV licence. We also live with a v friendly cat so unfortunately cannot take any more pets.
