Double Bedroom - Shared bathroom with 1 person

Hi, I'm Jordan, and I'm looking for a new flatmate since my friend is moving back home after uni.

I have a double room available on the 5th July 2026. The double would be £625 + bills.

Flat - well-maintained, modern, very light 2 bed flat with high ceilings. Has a big living room that overlooks Alexandra park and a separate kitchen with dishwasher and air fryer. Big bathroom inc bath/shower. Gated car park and right on the bus route inc 85/86 into town. Great landlord who we deal with direct (no pesky estate agents!)

Room - decent sized double inc double bed and wardrobe and large window.

Me - I'm 28, work full time in IT and I'm an actor on the side. I work two days in the office and three days at home (wfh in my room). And I'm away every other weekend visiting family and friends.

Looking for another young professional who's fairly easy going, tidy and extra bonus if you're up for hanging out the odd evening playing golf/tennis/watching a film or having a couple of pints, but no pressure.
