Hello! Advertising a large, spacious upstairs room in a sociable house in the Walley Range/Chorlton area. Across the road from the Hillary Step pub, 5 minute walk from the Carlton Club, 10 minute walk from Firswood tram stop and with a bus stop on the doorstep with regular 86 services directly into the city centre. You’d be sharing with 2 men and 2 women mostly in mid to late 20s into 30s, and a black cat. Everybody gets along well and we have a nice living room and garden with a large fig tree in it. Housemates like watching films together and going to the local pub, and having bbqs/garden time in the summer.
Only looking for a 2 month sublet for September and October this year!
