Very large warm studio room with private terrace

The flat is on a leafy green street close to Alex park. Where there are regular buses to Chorlton and the city centre. Every tenant and owner in the flats are kind and helpful.

There is private off street parking, you would have your own access to your studio room and your own terrace. I can provide the room furnished for a small additional cost. I’m more than happy to welcome couples.

If you would like separate work space I have additional space you could access, however I may make the room into a communal lounge. As I am redesigning the space in the flat I would be more than happy to be flexible for a kind, pleasant and considerate tenant.

There is a communal kitchen, which I barely use as I’m not the world’s best cook. And the bathroom is fine, an ordinary white suit and it has a good pressure shower over the bath.

I have a very sweet cat, she thinks she owns the building and has all the neighbours wrapped around her paw and loves treats and a snuggle.

I have help with cleaning and the flat is well kept. I have my own terrace at my own entrance, where i enjoy the odd cig and a black coffee.

I work in public health but taking some time out of work to complete some additional training.
