Double Room in lovely Chorlton Flat

Hello,

Our flatmate has just moved out, so me and my current flatmate are looking for someone interested in a double room in our flat on Upper Chorlton Road, which is available from 16th November.

The flat has great transport links to the city centre, with the 86 bus stop right outside, and a 10 minutes walk to the Firswood tram stop. You can also find a Tesco and a GP surgery just a few minutes away. You can easily get to Chorlton and its nice cafes and pubs within a short walk.

You will share the flat with me, PhD student at the Uni of Manchester coming from Monza in Italy, and with Robbie, primary school teacher from Manchester (Robbie works early hours so we’d like to have someone who can be considerate of this). We’re both very passionate about music and play the guitar, so it would be awesome to share this passion with our new flatmate as well. We enjoy spending quite some time together, so we’re ideally looking for someone to hang out together with as well!

About the flat, you’ll share the bathroom just with me. There is a living room and a kitchen (with a washing machine), which come furnished. Your room won’t be so, but we’re happy to help going on a furnishings shopping trip if needed! There is also a shared garden for the flat. The property is council tax band C.
