Spacious and well appointed home

I am looking for a new lodger as my current lodger has bought a house of their own. My home is on a main bus route, near j25 of m6 and close to train stations. There is off road parking and a large enclosed rear garden. I have affectionate (very cute) cats so we definitely need an animal lover. This is a comfortable, well maintained home. I am a Performing Arts teacher, am easy to get along with, and am still friends with previous lodgers. Rent would be paid for the month in advance. There is free access to WiFi, Netflix, Prime, Disney, Plex etc etc. The shared spaces include large kitchen diner, living room and conservatory so there is always room to stay separate and have visitors without being cooped up in a bedroom should that be preferred, but equally this is an easy space to socialise.
