I am a professional, easy going female with a Cockerpoo. My house is a 4 bed detached in a quiet area, with convenient access to the M6, M58, East Lancs Road and public transport. It is less than 30 mins in either direction to Manchester or Liverpool.
The room is of generous proportions with double fitted wardrobes and king size bed, bedside tables, lights, desk and chair. The private bathroom with shower-bath is just opposite the bedroom. Located in Winstanley WN3, the room is available from 1 August 2026.
My last lodger was a 21 year old fashion graduate who moved on as her year's placement had come to an end. She came on a Sunday evening and left on Friday afternoons and it worked really well for both of us.
I've definitely gained a friend with my lodger and her mum and had some great laughs over the past year.
