The monthly rent is £440 and bills vary each month but are around £110. Deposit is £425.
It's a ground-floor double room which comes furnished. The room is a great size and gets lots of light in the daytime. Additionally, there's a small downstairs bathroom (inc. a shower) will practically be yours as the other bedrooms are upstairs. There is also street parking around the house if needed.
