Cleaning of communal spaces every 2 weeks by a cleaner (I expect tidiness & cleanliness but a cleaner still helps) 🧹

Bills included: WiFi, electric, gas and water. Obviously this is within reasonable usage, I am mindful of energy, am not wasteful and expect the same consideration 🫶 🌍 Council tax is not included.

Live in landlord, me! I’m warm and friendly but also enjoy quiet time and respect people’s space.

I like a clean and tidy home.

I work from home most of the time but also travel for work. Would prefer someone who goes out to uni/work most days.

Looking for someone who’s happy to keep the space peaceful - no overnight guests without prior arrangement, please.

I enjoy fitness, music, cafes, learning Spanish, a glass of wine here and there.
