Cosy attic room in cute Withington flat

I am looking for a short term flatmate in my spare room - maybe it could be longer term if we are a great co-living team! So maybe this would suit you if you are trying to find somewhere more permanent but need to take the pressure off and feel at home while you search. I've previously had folks who live elsewhere but work in Manchester so need to be here during the week. I can be flexible with move out deadlines if necessary.
400 plus bills, no deposit and parking. Just off Burton Road and very good walking distance from both Burton Road and Withington High St.
5 mins to tram, 1 min to bus! No bike storage as yet unfortunately.
Would love to share cooking if you enjoy cooking too, can cook for all requirements and quite well 😊 vegan veggie friendly house with vitamix, omega juicer and dehydrator included 😉
The room is small but nice and I can take all the furniture you see in the pictures out or leave it in, whichever you need. There is no bed, but the futon you see can be used temporarily if you can't get one yet.
