Short term with a view to long term

Hi, I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room (current housemate leaving in May).

I have a bit of a unique situation: I am having a baby mid May time, & I will be spending at least a couple of months at my parents’ home in Blackpool, so you will have pretty much the whole house to yourself for that time. I’ll be popping back & forth now & again probably to pick up things I’ve forgotten, and just check on the house etc.

I’m hoping to move back in around July/August time with baby girl, so this ad is for short term with a possibility for longterm should you wish to stay on with a newborn baby in the house & if this works for me as well. I can discuss the details more with you if you’re interested & come to see the house.

It’s a lovely place; big spacious double bedroom lots of light, pink Smeg fridge & spacious kitchen, cute garden you can sunbathe in the Summer, driveway parking, quiet area - you can hear the birds singing in the morning - despite being close to a main road.

I’m looking for a professional female, someone calm & kind, friendly & respectful, like me!

All bills included. Rent for first month to be given upfront.
