Room available in a 5-bedroom student house on Rippingham Road, Withington, from 1 August 2026. Rent is £600 pcm, with bills split separately between the house. The house is in a great student area, well placed for Withington, Fallowfield, Wilmslow Road bus routes and getting into the universities/city centre.

The current household is made up of students, so we’re looking for someone friendly, clean and reliable who wants a sociable but respectful house — easy to live with, pays rent and bills on time, and helps keep shared spaces tidy. It would suit someone who wants a proper student house without it being chaotic all the time.

Council tax band E. As this is intended as a full-time student household, council tax exemption should apply once claimed. Bills are not included and would cover things like gas, electricity, water, internet and TV licence if needed.
