Double Room in Shared Home (Withington)

Furnished double room available now in a 3 bed house in Withington on a lodging basis. The rent is £625 per calendar month, which includes all bills and wifi.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, with space to relax as well as somewhere comfortable to work or unwind. I try to keep it clean and make sure it's a welcoming space.

There is a back garden which gets good sunlight in the afternoon and free street parking out front with plenty of space. Withington high street and West Didsbury are both roughly a 10 minute walk away. Withington and Burton Road tram stops are less than a 10 minute walk.

I have lived in Manchester for four and a half years and moved to Withington around six months ago. A lot of my time is spent on politics, community work, and church. Outside of that, I love playing sports, board games, learning languages, and travelling. I also co-host a podcast which I record in the living room.

I'm looking for someone who is keen to live in a home rather than a shared house. I have lived in many places over the years and am definitely beyond the stage of labelling one's food items etc. I would love to find someone that is happy to share food costs and eat together when possible. I have a fairly busy social life and often have people over but I've aged out of the party phase of my life!
