Looking for 9th Flatmate

Don't have many pics of us all together but this is the majority of us !

Hi we are a house of 8 students living in Withington looking for someone to move into our spare ground floor room. Rent is £563 pcm plus £82 for bills (lower if split between another person!)
The room is furnished but we are awaiting new furniture to be delivered soon. Mattress is brand new. The room is next to the kitchen, and has access to the garden/patio through a door. (Room is being used for storage atm apologies x)
We have a communal kitchen/living area as well as a larger living room in the basement.
We are a close group of friends often going out together and making art and music together, we are looking for someone whos also creative and social.
