Hi! I'm Rose, I'm a 42 year old teacher and I own and live in a lovely 3 bed semi in Withington near West Didsbury.
I have a double room available with access to shared bathroom, toilet, living room, dining room, study, kitchen, garden, and parking.
You'll share the house with me for most of the time with my daughter returning from university and staying in the third bedroom in half of the holidays (she's very calm and respectful)
It's a calm house, definitely not for you if you're looking for a party house and sadly can't accommodate pets due to allergies.
The room comes furnished with bed, mattress, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookcase.
Bills are included with a contribution agreed if any utilities significantly increase over the tenancy.
I am open to short term lets.
