We are a sociable house, love to spend time together and cook or go to the pub - but equally have busy social lives and also spend time alone.✨ A perfect housemate would be a clean&tidy, LGBTQIA+ friendly young professional around 26-35. 🌸

We have a gorgeous little garden where E grows lots of fruits and veggies, and are an easy walk to Withington and bus/tram stops. 🌱

Rent is super reasonable, and the landlord is great at fixing anything that needs doing. We share cleaning duties and are super respectful of each other - keeping noise to a minimum and communal spaces tidy. 🧹
