Modern, New-Build 2-Bed flat in Withington

Hi, I’m Tom. I grew up in Stockport before moving to Nottingham for Uni and eventually settling here in Withington with My friend and flatmate Joe.

Unfortunately Joe is moving to Liverpool for a Job - so I’m looking for someone to fill his tenancy. We’re pretty flexible when you’re looking to move, preferably by the end of October.

The flat is beautiful and brand new, and I take pretty good care of the place. I’m looking for someone who’s on the same wavelength as me: a chilled-out housemate who won’t mind if I’m occasionally home a little late from the pub, but will equally look after the space (which I’ve worked quite hard to furnish) and be pretty clean and tidy.

The flat has a modern bathroom and a fully furnished living area including a 48inch TV (all stuff I’ve put in). The kitchen has a dishwasher, brand new cooker and induction hob and ample fridge and freezer space.

We have a washer/dryer and a spacious bathroom with heated towel rack and a large shower.

It’s 100% electric and bills are pretty low.

You’d be in the big room (photographed) which is even bigger than it looks in the photos, in person. The rest of the flat is furnished, but this would be totally unfurnished if you moved in.

There’s an enclosed parking space and ample street parking nearby, which is permit-based (we have 2 passes).
