Double room with en-suite

Hi! My housemate is moving out in November, so I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going person to take her room. I’d be happy to live with either a professional or another PhD student.

About the flat 🏡
The flat is on a quiet street in Withington, close to The Christie and within walking distance of Didsbury. There are also good bus and tram links nearby, making it easy to get into Manchester or around South Manchester.

The room is a lovely and bright, with its own en-suite bathroom. It comes furnished with the double bed, the white bedside table, and the large wardrobe. The rest of the flat has a large open plan kitchen and living room space.

Rent & bills
- Rent: £600 per month
- Bills: approximately £85 each (energy, water, WiFi)
- Council tax: Band B

I’m a full-time PhD student and therefore exempt from council tax. If you’re a professional, you would be responsible for the council tax.

About me 👋
I’m Chloe and I’m a final year PhD student at the University of Manchester. I work from the office around 2-3 days a week.

I’m clean, tidy, and social. Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, as well as running and cycling, so I’m usually out doing one of those a few evenings a week. I’m looking for someone who is similarly considerate and friendly, and who is happy to have a chat or socialise but also enjoys having their own space.
