Double room in friendly Withington house 🌸

Hi! We are a house of 3 right between withington and didsbury.
The house is lovely with a big garden, parking on the driveway, 1 bathroom and one toilet and a big living area and kitchen. We all get along very well and are especially looking for someone that can keep the nice vibes going.
We're all clean and look after our home and like to do things together when we're all available. We are also very close to next door and usually do things as a group with them.
The houses are
owned by the same landlord so makes it extra easygoing (I’m writing this from his account but you’ll be speaking to us directly! 😊).

Our housemate Lucy is going on a big travel adventure! So we are looking for someone to take her place.

The room is available long term - it has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers outside the bedroom for extra storage.

Bills are ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, gas, council tax, and WiFi).
